The Warren Hills Regional School District Board of Education invites applications for the position of Chief School Administrator, effective for the 2026–2027 school year.

Warren Hills is a high-performing regional district serving approximately 1,500 students in grades 7–12 from the Townships of Franklin, Mansfield, Oxford, Washington, and the Borough of Washington. The district comprises a middle school, a comprehensive high school, and the Excel alternative education program, and is recognized for its strong academic programs, collaborative culture, and commitment to educating the whole child.

The Board seeks a proven educational leader with the capacity to provide strategic direction, support continuous improvement, and maintain strong partnerships with the Board of Education, staff, families, and the broader community.

Desired experience:

● Demonstrated success as a senior educational leader in a school building and/or central office role

● Strong instructional leadership with a focus on student achievement and equity

● Experience overseeing special education programs and inclusive systems of support

● Expertise in collective bargaining, labor relations, and school finance

● Ability to manage complex budgets and align resources with district priorities

● Capacity to foster collaborative relationships and effective governance practices

● Commitment to college and career readiness, STREAM education, and safe, supportive

    learning environments

Qualifications:

● New Jersey School Administrator Certificate (required or eligible)

● Experience in regional or sending/receiving districts preferred

● Master’s degree in Education or a related field preferred

The anticipated starting salary range is $175,000–$210,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, subject to Board approval.
